Cruise pics - our excursions
Our first stop on the cruise was Barbados, where my hubby and I went zip-trekking. It was a hoot!
We rode 7 zip-lines thru the treetops, from one platform to another. There was even a little monkey down on the ground watching all the people trying to act like monkeys!
Here we are on Day 2, in St. Lucia, taking a small boat tour around the island.
We stopped to see some waterfalls, botanical gardens, and a volcano area, where there were black-mud springs (and yes, people were bathing in them!).
Next stop: Antigua (our ship is on the left)
where we spent the day at a luxury beach....
And oh, man, it was HOT here! It was like, 41 degrees! We were just trying to stay in the shade all day...but the water was amazing!
Our last excursion was on the island of St. Maarten, and we took a scooter tour around the island in these cute little 3-wheel mini-cars. We ended up at the beach....my favorite place!
Come back tomorrow for my next few pics....

Cruise Pics - on the ship
Continuing on with our Stampin' Up cruise pics, here we are in the dining room onboard Royal Carribean's ship, enjoying our first (of many) 5 course meal!
And here's our amazing stateroom, complete with a couch, and an outside balcony.
View from our balcony...
Huge shopping "mall" area inside the ship....
I will share some of our fun excursions tomorrow....

Cruise pics
I had such a great time on the Stampin' Up Cruise, and I want to share a few pics with you! It is so unbelievable to me that for FIVE years in a row I have earned an all-expenses paid trip from Stampin' Up. How many companies pay for their employees to go on a free trip, with their spouse?! Crazy! Anyway, I am blessed to "work" for a wonderful company who provides this opportunity. Did you know that if you held ONE workshop a week, you could most likely earn a free trip too? Working one day a week! On top of the income! Making cards and scrapbook pages! If this blows your mind, like it does mine, contact me to get started!
Back to the cruise...here we are in Puerto Rico on Day 1, before we got on the ship, going to check out an old fort with our friends, Kari and Tom (http://thestampingrounds.typepad.com ), who also earned the amazing trip.
This was so cool, being inside the tunnels, but my chlostrophobia was starting to kick in...
After the fort we walked thru some of the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and had a great day before heading to the ship.
Loved these steep cobblestone streets! And it was hot, real hot!

Mother's Day gift
Hi everyone! I am back from the Stampin' Up Cruise, and over the coming week or so, I will be sharing some pics from my fabulous trip!
For now, here's a cute Mother's Day idea using the Top Note Die from Stampin' Up, as well as the gorgeous Cottage Wall designer paper set.
You can easily make a little booklet by binding together a bunch of pages from the Top Note Die, using a binding system like Bind-It-All. The little booklet can fit inside the matching purse.
I added a mini lunch bag (from the dollar store) for the inside of the purse, and topped it with a Scallop Circle, with a little zelcro to close it.
Inside the booklet, you can write all the things you love about her!

Happy Mother's Day everyone!
