Father's Day card

Hi everyone! With so much going on around here, I wanted to set aside a minute and post a pic of this Father's Day card we made recently for Big Shot Club! This was designed by a demonstrator friend of mine, Joanne Oszenaris.

This card uses the textured Impressions Folder, and the technique is called Paper Quilting.

I just punched out some different circles, and placed them on the Old Olive cardstock with Snail Adhesive. Then I ran both layers through the Lattice Embossing Folder at once. It pushes the cardstocks together and gives this really nice quilted look!

The colors used on this project are Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Night of Navy and Crumb Cake.

Give this technique a try and post your card pic to your blog, with a link below in the comments. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Don't forget that the retiring lists are now available, and accessories are only while supplies last!

You can place your order online 24/7 through my online store.

Happy Stamping!

  2. Perfect stamp for father's day! My gift to my dad this coming father's day is a card, and I will put that card to the pocket of the suit that I ordered for dad. Hope that he will like it. Thanks for sharing.
