Mosaic Madness

 
Hi Stampers!
Today's card uses the brand new Mosaic Madness stamp set!  And madness it is! This is the trendy new look for this year, and people everywhere are into Mosaics!

The Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder was used for the background, on Strawberry Slush cardstock (also new!)  I stamped the images in Chocolate Chip and  Strawberry Slush, and punched them out with the new Mosaic Punch! So easy! The base cardstock is Sahara Sand.

I also punched a window through the front of the card, and place a strip of the Mosaic window sheet that is included in the Quatrefancy Specialty Designer Paper over top.

A Round Array

Hello Stampers! This card was made using the new A Round Array Stamp set, and the 7/8" scallop circle punch. So cute!

The colors I used are Pool Party (one of my faves!), and Crumb Cake. The embossing on the bottom layer is the Vines Embossing Folder, and the pretty brad in the middle is the new Designer Build A Brad.

Spring Inspired

Here is a pretty one-layer card set that we created at Stamp Club recently, and I wanted to share them with you.

The colors used are Pool Party and Rich Razzleberry, so pretty together. We used the Sale-A-Bration stamp set, and some cardstock as a mask for the sponging.

We made the holder using the Diagonal Scoring Plate and the Simply Scored Tool, Pool Party cardstock cut into 8 1/2 X 8 1/2, and the Sale-A-Bration Designer paper from this year. 

Here, we made a mask using a scrap piece of cardstock and the 2 1/2" circle punch, covered our Confetti White cardstock base with it, and stamped and sponged inside the circle. 

We did the same type of masking here, but used an "L" shaped piece of cardstock to protect the embossed edge.

These pretty little butterflies were inked and stamped using the Rock and Roll technique. I used the Tulip Frame embossing folder to emboss the envelopes before stamping them.

Introducing the new and improved Stampin' Up Stampin' Trimmer! Although we use paper trimmers regularily in the papercrafting world, they are NOT all equal. This one was designed exclusively by paper crafters FOR paper crafters, and because it was made by Stampin' Up!, you know it's quality and design are going to be a cut above the rest!

Sparkly Snowflake

Hello! 

As I play with the Silver Glimmer Paper, I can't help but think of Snowflakes! As uncommon as it is to make a black & white Christmas card, I was just drawn to give it a try with this card.

I used the Lattice Embossing Folder on the black cardstock background, and the Snow Flurry Bigz Die for the Snowflakes, in Whisper White and Silver Glimmer Paper. The embellishment in the middle is from the Antique Brads package. This card is very simple, yet quite stunning to see in person.

Merry Christmas!

I am so thankful for all of you, my stamping friends, my clients, and especially my stamp club members who have become dedicated, and loyal friends. I want to take the time to wish you and your family a wonderful Merry Christmas, and a blessed New Year! Thank you for your business, for your creative ideas, and for your inspiration in allowing me to do what I love! Merry Christmas!

Here's an embossed envelope and a matching Christmas card for you!

 
I used Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla and Early Espresso cardstock, Victorian Lace ribbon, Snowflake Punch and the Scallop Edge Border Punch. The Vanilla cardstock was embossed with the Finial Press Embossing Folder and the Big Shot, and then sponged with Early Espresso around the edge. I added some adhesive Rhinestones, and a stamped image from the Word Play stamp set in Artichoke ink, punched out with the Curly Label Punch.

And here's a matching banner that I made for below my fireplace mantle.

 

I added some letters cut out on the Big Shot, and some Hemp Twine to string it along.

Wild About You....

Here's another 4X4 card I made, also using the Wild About You stamp set. This one was pretty simple, and I like that I could make it quickly. 

I used the Wild About You stamp set, the Scallop Circle Punch, and the new Wide Oval Punch . The little lion was stamped in Chocolate Chip, and also in Bashful Blue, on Whisper White, and I cut out the pieces and glued him together. I also popped up some of the layers with Dimensionals. I love that little lion! Isn't he cute?
